Deanna is a Clemson University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design as well as a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning (MCRP). With more than fifteen years in the business, Deanna and her clients both benefit from working together. Brian Blue, Commercial Real Estate Wealth Facilitator
As a licensed, commercial real estate professional, Brian is focused on his clients and helping to identify and capitalize on commercial real estate opportunities that bring lasting value to their commercial investment portfolios. As a CRE Wealth Facilitator, he offers solid market knowledge and an understanding of how to assist clients to attain their financial goals. His specialty is all things Retail and Multifamily.
Brian is currently a Sophomore pursuing a degree in Business Administration while completing a commercial development course at eCornell University. He is also a collegiate athlete on the basketball team at Northwest University and a dedicated lifelong learner. His goals include earning advanced credentials like the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further enhance his ability to serve his clients.
His Life Vision is twofold: 1) to establish a strong foundation in commercial real estate consulting and global investing, and 2) to help others by spreading the word of God. Whether working with investors or contributing to his community, Brian is committed to excellence, integrity, and making a meaningful impact.
Brian fills his weekends with reading, podcasts, ministry, sports, and spending time with his family. This second-generation real estate professional is capitalizing on a great family foundation.
Jordan LeGardye, Commercial Brokerage Associate
Jordan LeGardye is a licensed, commercial real estate professional dedicated to assisting clients with goal attainment and generational wealth accumulation. As a graduate of the University of South Carolina - Upstate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations, her academic accomplishments, athletic discipline, and experience in upper-level retail management bring stellar communication skills, drive, and innovation to every client experience. As a part of Signature Commercial Properties, Jordan adds her talents to multifamily and retail services portfolios. Her expansive market areas include the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
In her time away from work, Jordan enjoys singing, recording music, health and wellness activities, and spending time with her family. She is also a member of The Equipping Center Greenville.
